Refund policy

At Clevertelle, we take immense pride in the premium quality of our products and our meticulous attention to detail. Because our corporate gifts, customized promotional merchandise, and luxury hampers are bespoke and made-to-order, our policies differ from standard retail stores.

1. Custom & Branded Merchandise Once a digital mockup/proof is approved by the client and production begins, orders are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be cancelled. These items are uniquely tailored as per your order and cannot be resold.

2. Damaged or Defective Items We maintain the highest standards of quality control. However, if any part of your order arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors that deviate from your approved digital proof, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@clevertelle.com Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic/video evidence. If the defect is verified to be our error, we will prioritize replacing the affected items or issuing a proportional credit note to your account.

3. Order Cancellations Requests to cancel an order must be submitted in writing before final digital mockup approval. If production has not yet commenced but sourcing for materials has already taken place, a partial cancellation fee may apply to cover sourcing costs. In case of any unprecedented situation, Clevertelle reserves the right to cancel your order on sole discretion at any time and will refund the payment back to your bank account.
